Simple Roasted Beets

I’ve been a little obsessed with roasted beets this summer! They have been one of my favorite vegetables since I was a little girl. Something about the earthy, sweet and slightly dirt-like flavor is just amazing. If you are a beet fan then you will love this simple seasoning and preparation that really allows the beets natural flavor shine.

I love these on their own but they also work great in a Roasted Beet Salad. Find my Roasted Beet Salad here.
