This is the perfect summer smoothie and it’s really good! Super refreshing and the perfect summery treat! My kids (and me) love this smoothie and it’s a great afternoon pick me up or afternoon snack!
Simply place all the ingredients in the blender and “hit frappe”… just kidding… well kind of…. that is a line from a movie. Ha! Who can name that 90’s classic starring the young Cameron Diaz and Jim Carrey in a Green MASK…. too Obvious!?!? If you haven’t seen it… look it up because it’s a classic!
Anyways back to the smoothie…place all the ingredients into the blender and blend on high until smooth, adding more water if needed. Makes 32 ounces of pure frozen fruit nirvana (i’m on a 90’s kick today). This will make you feel like teen spirit all over. (had to throw that in too) Anyways…. try it! You won’t be disappointed… I promise.

Makes 32 ounces
- 1 cup frozen triple berry mix – blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries
- 1 Cup pineapple fresh, frozen or canned
- 1 peach pitted but not peeled
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice – this can be reduced for a lower sugar smoothie
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into blender and mix on high until smooth, adding more water if needed.
