Yogurt can be such a great canvas for healthy and delicious breakfast or any time meal! When I was loosing 65 pounds post having my second child these bowls where like dessert heaven to me! I still love them and feel great whenever I eat them. My 8 year old daughter has recently started making them for herself and also likes to surprise me with them too.
